I am Costin Nita, an urban planner and architect.
I have been a licensed urban planner since 2010 and I graduated in 2014 with a degree in Architecture. Both degrees were obtained at “Ion Mincu University of Architecture and Urban Planning” in Bucharest.
I started working as an intern in my 2nd year of college and continued working post graduation. As an intern, I gained a solid technical background, developed a dynamic and committed personality and fostered a responsible, professional, and passionate attitude towards my work. During this time I also participated in student and professional competitions.
In 2013, I became chief architect of Ciorogirla, Ilfov County, an experience that helped me further my professional profile and discover that architecture is a cultural act through which we can model and create an inspiring environment with implications on multiple social levels.
Throughout the last seven years of work experience, I developed a keen interest in sustainable architecture, interior design, residential architecture and conversions.
